Question - How can I change the ship to address for my account?

Answer - To change your registered ship to address go to the web site and first login to your account. After you login click on "MyAccount" in the bar that has the search box. Once you access your account you will see a "Customer Addresses" tab. Click on that tab and to change your shipping address. Click the "Edit" button and after you update the information the "Update address" button. To verify the change go to the "Customer Addresses" tab again.


Question - When am I charged sales tax?

Answer - The Ezy Catalog is incorporated and located in Florida, therefore sales tax is only charged for orders with Florida Ship To addresses.


Question - How will I receive tracking information for my order?

Answer - When tracking information is available for your order it is sent to you via email.  If you are a registered customer the tracking information can be retrived.


Question - Why should I register?

Answer -
  • How soon must I use my reward points?  Your reward points never expire so long as you maintain your account.
  • What other reasons are there for registering?  When you are registered you are give your own personal account.  This account contains your customer information, customer addresses, order information with full details, reward points balance and usage, and the ability to change your login password.

  • Customers who purchase products as a guest cannot retrieve any information regarding their order.
