Derek Anderson is joining the Arizona Cardinals knowing he begins as the backup quarterback to Matt Leinart with a chance to push for the starting job. Free agent safety Sean Jones has agreed to a two-year contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The team announced the deal Wednesday. Jones played for Philadelphia last season after spending the first five years of his career with the Cleveland Browns. Free-agent quarterback Rex Grossman signed a one-year contract with the Washington Redskins on Wednesday.
