Shipping Information

Shipping:

We only ship within the United States.  UPS is our preferred shipper, however we do use other carriers such as FedEx, DHL and US Post Office.  We do not ship outside the U.S. or to APO or FPO address's.  The shipping method and calculated charges are based on UPS rates.  Orders over $100.00 or any other shipping specials using UPS ground service ship free with some exceptions.*

 *Free shipping is unavailable on oversize, overweight, bulk, or items being shipped to Alaska or Hawiia.

You can calculate your shipping rate for the items in your shopping cart using our Shipping Rate Preview feature.  Click on the "here", select your state and input your zip code (Postal Code) to see the shipping cost for the item(s) currently in your shopping cart.

With some products we offer the shipping option of "Parcel Post" using the US Post office.  With Parcel Post Shipping using the US Post office, delivery is not tracked and therefore we cannot guarantee receipt of merchandise.  Products that are not delivered using this method of shipping are considered lost and will not be replaced.

Some orders will arrive as multiple shipments. We ship from our location and warehouses, therefore sometimes merchandise is shipped from different locations depending on what you order.

The delivery time for most UPS ground service orders is 5 to 12 business days after an order is received and processed. Delivery time for UPS 2nd day air, is 3 to 5 business days after an order is received and processed. Delivery time for UPS 3 Day Select is 4 to 6 business days after an order is received and processed. Personalized and custom orders will take longer and is noted in the products description. All orders are processed as quickly as possible to the appropriate warehouse for preparation and shipping. Days calculated for delivery does not include weekends, Holidays, extended Holiday weekends, time needed (24-48 hours) to process order once received, or production of the item.

*Please note shipping may take longer at Christmas time due to increased volume.

In some instances we can offer overnight delivery.  Overnight delivery arrangements would have to be made via telephone during order placement.

The shipping address we us is the billing address you input to the shopping cart, unless you input a different shipping address during checkout.  If you input a different address for shipping in the comments field, your order may accidentally be shipped to the wrong address, thereby  incurring additional cost.  Please provide the correct address information.
